Always confirm our account details by telephone before sending funds. Cloned websites impersonating humanitarian organizations are common, and details shown on any website — including this one — should be checked against a voice call.

If your bank refuses the transfer
Some international banks refuse or delay transfers to Sudan. If that happens, contact us and we will put you in touch with a named member of staff who can advise on alternatives.
